This post reviews the benefits of the new PLT5 510 laser diode, outlines its features and provides examples of the types of applications for which it is suitable.<\/p>\n<h2>Green Laser Diode<\/h2>\n<p>Since Osram introduced\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prophotonix.com\/led-and-laser-products\/laser-diodes\/laser-diodes-manufacturer\/osram-laser-diodes\/\"><u data-redactor-tag=\"u\"><strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">direct emission green laser diodes<\/strong><\/u><\/a>\u00a0to its range, it has offered a competitive, compact alternative to traditional Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) laser diodes for a wide range of applications. With the PLT5 510, Osram now offers a competitive solution for low power applications.
